The village of Sheering is situated on the B183 between Harlow and Hatfield Heath.

From Junction 7 of the M11 take the Harlow turnoff, head towards Harlow at the 4th roundabout turn right signposted for Sheering/Hatfield Heath, straight across the next 2 roundabouts stay on the B183 until Sheering. The Cock Inn Hotel is on the right next to the War Memorial and opposite the village school.

From Stansted Airport follow the signs for Takeley, take the B183 through Hatfield Broadoak and onto Hatfield Heath. At Hatfield Heath follow the signs for Sheering/Harlow. The Cock Inn Hotel is on the left just after the local shops and before the War Memorial.

Parking within the grounds is available for all guests while staying, if however you would like to leave your car while you travel from Stansted there is a daily charge.

Transfers can be arranged with a local taxi company at a reasonable cost.
